In Bone: Ghost Circles, The Bones Gran’ma Ben, Thorn, and their loyal rat creature cub venture on a journey through the mysterious ghost circles to the city of Athiea. Problem is, there’s a catch. If you step into a ghost circle, you’ll cease to exist.

This hilarious book contains a powerful lesson about journeying to the city of Athiea while trying to control Phoney Bone’s recklessly dangerous agenda on gold. I can assure you, this hilarious book will not disappoint.

At a time when you’re going somewhere, Ghost Circles taught me that the journey really is better than the destination. I highly recommend it for everyone age 7-13.

          Frodo Baggins had an ordinary life until he had to destroy the ring (the one ring to rule them all).He brought Sam,Merry,and Pippin along.At the Inn of The Prancing Pony they meet Strider(Arargorn)and the Nazgul ambush them; so they go to Weathertop but the Nazgul ambush them there.After Arwen rides Frodo to Rivendell.After he gets healed by Elrond.He goes to the Council of Elrond.He meets Legolas,Gimli,Boromoir,and Gandalf(for not the first time).After they set out from Rivendell.They go to the Mines of Moria(which is in a mountain).Where they get ambushed by goblins but the Barlog (who is pure evil)scares the goblins away.On the bride of Khazum Dum Gandalf says’’You Shall Not Pass’’ and breaks the bride with him on it.This makes me think that Gandalf will risk his life for Frodo and the company to continue their quest.They take refuge in Lothlorien(which is an elven woods ruled by Galdreail).Frodo gets the Phial of Galdreail(a light when all is dark).After a day on boats they get ambushed by Urk-Hai at Amon Hen.

         Children 11 and up will love this book because it has action,adventure,and suspense because if Sauron gets the ring then darkness will blind Middle Earth.So it’s Frodo’s job to destroy the ring.

          Middle Earth is split up into many different lands like Mordor,The Shire,Gondor,Rohan,The Misty Mountains,Isengard,The Brown Lands,Moria,Fangorn,Mirkwood,Rivendell,Lothlorien,and Arabor (a dwarven kingdom).

           J.R.R Tolkien has written around 40 books including The Fellowship of the Ring,The Two Towers,The Return of the King,The Hobbit,The Adventures of Tom Bombadil,The Silmarillion,Unfinished Tales,and Morgoth's Ring.

            The Lord Of The Rings series is split up into 3 books The Fellowship of the Ring,The Two Towers,and The Return The King.In urder to understand the book(series) you should probaly read The Hobbit first.I hope you enjoy the book.

Marty, the main character,  is a nice, calm,  good person. He is a character  that will do anything to save a dog named Shiloh.  He is considered poor, but I think Marty’s heart is very faithful.  Marty has a friend that always listens to him,  and does not spill secrets about the dog or the pen that the dog lives in.  This friends name is David.

Shiloh was in the bushes and followed Marty.  When Marty found Shiloh behind him he ran to  the field and made a pen for Shiloh.  He did this because he wanted to save Shiloh. Judd is trying to kill Shiloh because he is not a good hunting dog. In the middle Shiloh got attacked by German shepherds and Shiloh was ripped to the bone. Marty and his dad took him to the doctor.  After the surgery the doctor took him to Marty. The German shepherds made their parents know about Shiloh.

There are lots of messages in this book.  I think the most important message is to fight for something you love.  Marty fought for Shiloh.  I think this because Marty said, “You mistreated him so I took him.”

This book maintains a lot of suspenseful, happy moments.  If you like happy ending this is a book for you.  I recommend this to people of all ages!

“ People should be free from werelords.” Drew said , to Manfred and Vega.This shows that Drew cares about freedom.

Drew is on his way to Bana Gap to save his friends,after that he gets the white fist of Icegarden welded onto his missing hand, then he goes to war !

A big problem in this book is that Drew does not want bloodshed but is fighting a war.

I highly recommend this book for ages 10 and up.

    There are lots of characters in this book but the main characters are Luke and Jen.  They both have different character traits.  Luke’s are brave, kind, nervous, scared, and surprised. These traits will change throughout the book. Jen’s are brave, kind,sacrificial, tricky, and smart. These change throughout the book too. You will found out more about the characters in the book.

    In this book you get to know the life of a third child in this made up world.  Next you find out how Luke sees a third child in his neighbor's window (His neighbor is really rich- baron). Lastly, weeks later look goes over and meets the girl that he saw she was planning something really big to save third children.  In this amazing book you should think the theme is: always follow your heart.

    In this great book if you dig deep down into your thinking you will probably get never give up as your theme.  But really I think it is always follow your heart.  I believe this because Luke and Jen did what they wanted to do.

I recommend this book to people who like suspense, surprises, and heart-felt books.  Also, you will not understand it unless you are eight years old.

In conclusion Margaret Peterson Haddix is a fantastic writer. She has won lots of awards. Lastly she has sold this book 2.5 million times. I really think people should read not only this book but the whole series. (The series has lots of themes)

Readers will feel like they are on the handlebars going along for the ride of an adventure for Jess and Leslie with the secret place on their side.Throughout the book, Jess experiences that love,places,and friends can turn out terrifying.this surprising and winning book hosts an unforgettable cast of characters including May Belle.

The author,Katherine Paterson does an excellent job of describing the characters.Also,very rich describing words.

Both children and adults will be drawn to this book that has bravery,freedom,fitting in,kindness and many other concepts.Jess’s adventure will hook you onto the bok fastly and well.

Scribblehopper: This is Geronimo’s official guide through the Kingdom of fantasy. A chatter-box who calls himself a literary croy, he dreams of writing a best selling book.

A mouse named Geronimo Stilton (a scaredy cat)was in his attic when he saw a music box. The music box was actually a portal to the Kingdom of fantasy. Scribblehopper (a frog who is a big chatterbox) was the guide through the Kingdom of fantasy.

Scribblehopper thought Geronimo was a knight. “I’m not a knight!” Geronimo kept saying. Scribblehopper ignored him.

A lesson in this book is that you should never be afraid to try something new.

Readers will really enjoy the mixer of adventure and humor. I highly recommend this book for people who love adventure and humor.

The New Kid at School is about a young boy named Wiglaf. His horrible family sends him off to a dragon slaying school. All his father wants is the money and all Wiglaf wants is to get away from his family. The problem is that Wiglaf could never kill anything. He can't even listen to the word "kill!" Will Wiglaf be able to last a day at this school with his pig Daisy? I think DSA #1 is a great book for people 7-12 and i think you should read the DSA series.

Greg and Little Brown are the author and illustrator. In the book Tintin Secret of the Unicorn, Tintin and Captain Haddock are trying to get the gangsters and the secret of the unicorn. The main character is Tintin and his dog Snowy. Snowy is a white dog.

Tintin took him on all of his adventures. Snowy is awesome, cool, calm, and adventurous. Tintin is adventurous, calm, and awesome. The message of this story is never give up because when Tintin and Snowy are trying to get the gangsters they never gave up. So if you like action packed books, then you will like this book. As you can see this is probably my favorite book and I think you should try it.

Dragon Slayer Wiglaf of Pinwick is often described, friendly, nice, trustworthy, and intelligent. Wiglaf feels once he is home in pinwick awful because he always has to do work like cabbage picking, and washing the dishes. Wiglaf also has the most unlikely ways to kill stuff to achieve in getting gold for DSA!

So Wiglaf isn’t such a good person with swords and bloody messes. Because it grosses him out and his stomach flips … but until he finds out a different way to slay a dragon?

A dragon weakness. Which is something that doesn’t involve bloody messes and Wiglaf also has friends Angus, and Eric? Angus always loves to eat, and Eric is a person that calls out lots of answers, and Daisy wiglafs pig that has a special thing that no other pig has? But all of them are a team that helps DSA!

Readers notice the theme of DSA is … its ok to be different kind of dragon slayer. When wiglaf comes to DSA he is trying to face his fears of dragons will he fight one?

I highly recommend ages 8 to 11 for kids who like predictions and fantasy powers and journeys.

This is an idea of power, courage, hope, friendship, perseverance, and differences. Wiglaf didn’t realize how good of a dragon slayer he was.

Warriors #5: A Dangerous Path, and its brothers (Into the Wild, Fire and Ice, Forest of Secrets, Rising Storm, and The Darkest Hour,) are all part of the first “part” of the Warriors series. They first appeared in late 2003. The books mostly follow the former house-cat (kittypet) now Thunderclan deputy Fireheart, and his best friend Graystripe, Thunderclan leader Bluestar, Fireheart’s beloved Sandstorm, and ambitious former Thunderclan deputy, now Shadowclan leader, Tigerstar.

A Dangerous Path is the fifth of this extremely exciting and entertaining series. Fireheart and the rest of Thunderclan have to drive Tigerstar out of the forest. All the excitement is topped off by the amazing and cat loving, Erin Hunter.

What Hunter does is make Fireheart first person perspective. You will empathize with him a lot. And when Fireheart does things he shouldn’t do to save the clans from destruction, Bluestar usually punishes him, but he either goes with the punishment, or finds a way to prove that he did it for the clan. And with multiple losses towards the end, you know just how he feels.

It has everything you could want, some humor, adventure, and a great hero. For kids that feel like they have a Tigerstar in their life, try to be like Fireheart. Just don’t fight. And kids who are like a Tigerstar, this book will teach them that good always will beat evil. The books in series do have violence, so I recommend this for ANYONE ages 10 and up.

16 teen years old Lief is brave, and daring, and adventurous. His parents are proud of him. In the first book his parents asked him to go on the quest and he went. He missed his parents but he never backed down. He is also daring the night he went on the quest he was in a sewer with his friends. And when he came out of the sewer and it was night. Rather than staying in the sewer the whole night he went to his house where he could have gotten killed on the way. Lief is also adventurous sometimes when Barda and Jasmine would want to stop but Lief would want to keep going. Because he knows that he needs to get the seven gems as soon as possible. He was always up for an adventure.

Jasmine and Barda also go on the quest with Lief. Jasmine is kind of bossy but she is really smart. Barda is also really brave he was a palace guard when Endon and Jarred were at the castle. And then he had to escape because he could of died so he escaped.

Lief, Barda, and Jasmines quest never fails to deliver entertainment or action to the reader. You won’t want to put the book down you will finish on and immediately pick up the next. There are a lot of twists and turns in the book. Lief barda and jasmine just have to go on the ride and wish for the best. And that they don’t die. Don’t under estimate or over look someone in this book. Everyone is important.

The DELTORA QUEST series delivers a message about not giving up and perusing something that is important. For really skilled 8 year olds but usually 9-12 year old readers.

One series by Jenny Nimmo is CHARLIE BONE. This series I haven’t read yet but I want to read it soon.

This genre in this book is fantasy and adventure I think this because… Well, you have to find it out yourself.

Gwyn is discovering who he really is. He would go through anything to figure out who he really is. For example Gwyn thought hard about what would happen and would people do to him if he was magical.

People eight year olds and up will die to hear what’s next and will look forward reading the rest in the series. But I think this is the best read aloud book! If you think this is a good book for you, READ IT!
