Goosebumps You Can't Scare Me is a fantasy about monsters and action. The main character, Eddie, is trying to scare Courtney, a girl classmate, for humiliating him in front of his whole class. This book relates to other chapter books by its rare paragraphs and often chapters.

A lesson this book teaches is just because you get scared doesn't mean you should scare them back. For example, when Eddie used the fake snake when it popped out of the bag, that will give you excitement. But when the end of the book comes, you will read mystery and excitement. When readers read this book, they will be excited with Eddie.

Another part of the text that shows Eddie trying to scare Courtney is when he sent Butter Cup to attack Courtney. One other way is when he tried dropping the tarantula on her head.

I think readers 8 years and older would like it.
